SOLUTION: A Previous Installation Has Pending Work Requiring A Reboot

If this error does not go even after a restart then to resolve this behavior please follow below steps:

1. Click Start, and then click Run.
2. In the Open box, type regedit, and then click OK.
3. Locate and click the following registry key: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Session Manager
4. Locate and delete any PendingFileRenameOperations values in the key.
5. Click Yes when you are prompted to confirm the deletion.
6. Quit Registry Editor.
7. Run the Setup.

Error should not come now... Enjoy!!!
